The Blakely Borough Community Ambulance Association was organized in 1972 by a group of dedicated Volunteers to provide ambulance service to the Borough of Blakely. Today the Association has evolved into an all-hazard Emergency Medical Service Provider.

The continuing mission of the Association is to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate all calls for emergency assistance of any origin. Paramount to its mission is a focus on life perseverance. The Association will engage the challenges of its mission utilizing a combination of experienced, compassionate and trained personnel, modern equipment, leadership, ingenuity, and common sense.
